On Friday, september twenty fourth, 2014, the International Food and research Institute (IFPRI) hosted a policy seminar on “Innovations in Science and Policy-Transforming the rural Sector for Improved global Security.” The seminar highlighted new innovations in food security that have developed since the 2007-2008 food crisis. This seminar consisted of three speakers. Dr. Robert S.
